Tensions between the UPDF and the scavenger tribes continue. The most recent violence after the crash of a comstar cargo ship between the UPDF and multiple scavenger tribes have seen increased labor tensions, work stoppages, supply line sabotage, and even fights in local bars and work stations. Coupled with increased distrust by the gmar and the UPA, supply shortages have begun within city of Relic and HyperGee as well as aligned settlements.
Recently ComStar have taken to remaining behind their gates in HyperGee, after their ship crashed in a nearby gmar community.
Recent behind closed doors talks between the Scavengers Guild, and the UPA have stirred up controversy as much as hope for alleviation of tensions. A ComStar representative has informed us that these talks include all parties involved, but hardline scavenger tribes claim they have never been invited.
